This page explains how to request account deletion or specific data deletion for MainMan.

Request account deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@mainman.app with subject: Account Deletion Request.
2. Include your login email and associated company/tenant name.
3. We verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
4. After verification, requests are completed within up to 30 days.

Request deletion of some data (without deleting account)

1. Send an email to privacy@mainman.app with subject: Data Deletion Request.
2. Specify which data you want deleted.
3. We verify ownership before processing.

Data deleted after approved requests

• Account profile details and direct personal identifiers, where legally allowed.
• Location and activity data linked to the account, where legally allowed.

Data that may be retained

• Invoicing, accounting, payment, and tax records required by law.
• Security and audit logs required for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Retained records are kept only for legal/compliance retention periods and are limited to what is necessary.
