This page explains how to request account deletion or specific data deletion for MainMan.
Request account deletion

Send an email to privacy@mainman.app with subject: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your login email and associated company/tenant name.
- We verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
- After verification, requests are completed within up to 30 days.
Request deletion of some data (without deleting account)

Send an email to privacy@mainman.app with subject: Data Deletion Request.
- Specify which data you want deleted.
- We verify ownership before processing.
Data deleted after approved requests
- Account profile details and direct personal identifiers, where legally allowed.
- Location and activity data linked to the account, where legally allowed.
Data that may be retained
- Invoicing, accounting, payment, and tax records required by law.
- Security and audit logs required for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Retained records are kept only for legal/compliance retention periods and are limited to what is necessary.
