2. Multi-tenant service model

MainMan is a multi-tenant platform. Tenant companies use the platform, and tenant data is processed within shared infrastructure with logical separation by tenant account/company. MainMan acts as the platform owner and service provider. Tenant companies may have their own separate obligations as data controllers for data they manage through the service.

3. Data we collect

• Location data (precise): Collected only for certain user roles/features and only after the device permission prompt is accepted.
• Account activity data: Last logon date/time and device type are stored for account management and security.
• Technical log data: Request logs may include IP address, timestamp, endpoint, and basic diagnostic metadata.

4. How we use data

• To provide role-based app functionality that requires location.
• To manage user sessions, monitor account access, and improve security using last logon and device type.
• To secure, monitor, and maintain service reliability and performance.
• To investigate incidents, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

5. Permissions

The app requests location permission through your device OS prompt. You can deny or revoke permission at any time in device settings, but some features may no longer work.

6. Sharing and disclosure

• We do not sell personal data.
• We may share data with infrastructure/hosting processors that help us operate the platform, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• We may disclose data when legally required or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain security and logs, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
